How can coaching help you find professional fulfilment?

Coaching helps you find clarity around:

Coaching increases your confidence by talking through all the self-doubt, insecurities and worries that come up while stepping out of your comfort zone.

Coaching encourages you to take action, to be accountable and to make sure you keep moving forwards. I, as your coach, will be your biggest champion and cheerleader when we work together towards achieving your goals.

Some of you have a clear idea of what you are looking for and you want support in finding that job or that other activity to bring you professional fulfilment. Others need support in identifying what it is you want to do and how this will impact your current life. Either is fine, we’ll take it from there.

Coaching Packages

I offer two kinds of Individual Coaching packages and a Group Coaching package.

If you have been an expat partner for a long time and have not been engaged in a professional activity for most of that time, Package 1, the Discovery package, will probably be right for you.

If you are super focused and are looking for support in finding that job that will bring you fulfilment, package 2 will be the programme that supports you throughout this journey.

If you prefer working in a group, the Group Coaching package will be a good start.

Package 1 – Discovery

If you have been an expat partner for a long time and have not been engaged in a professional activity for most of that time, I offer the discovery package. We focus on identifying what it is you want to do with your life and what the importance is for you. We explore how a professional activity would bring you fulfilment and we  look at how that fits into your current life.  We look at your skills and experiences and what professional activity fits your profile. I encourage and support you in taking action to achieve your professional goals.

Package 2 – Finding Professional Fulfilment

I support you on your journey to professional fulfilment and help you find answers to any questions you may have:

• • • How to find out about work permits?
    • Will my qualifications be recognised?
    • How much of a help or barrier are my language skills?
    • Will I be able to deal with the local business culture?
    • What are my ‘Unique Selling Points’?
    • How to write or adjust my CV and LinkedIn profile?
    • How to identify professional opportunities to pursue?
    • How to network and explore opportunities?

I will encourage you to take action and support you in staying motivated. We will review results, adjust the approach where necessary and keep you going.

Group Coaching – Clarity, Confidence, Action

If you prefer working in a group, you can join my group coaching programme. This programme will bring you clarity on what it is you want to achieve. You will build your confidence and get ready for action. Your group will be your support network of expat partners who are looking for the same thing: professional fulfilment.
