Terms and Conditions for OpenRabbit’s Recorded Digital Workshops

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of recorded digital workshops (“Workshops”) provided by OpenRabbit Coaching (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing and accessing a Workshop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our Workshops. By purchasing, you confirm that you are over 18 and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Purchase and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Pound Sterling (GBP) and must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but this will not affect purchases already completed.

Access to Recorded Workshops

  • Workshops are pre-recorded and delivered digitally.
  • You will receive access instructions by email after your purchase.
  • Access is for your personal use only. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology and internet connection to view the Workshop.

Intellectual Property

  • All Workshop content, recordings, and materials are the intellectual property of OpenRabbit Coaching.
  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the Workshop for your personal use.
  • You may not copy, share, distribute, modify, or resell the Workshop or its materials without prior written consent.

Refunds and Cancellation Rights

  • Due to the digital nature of recorded Workshops, all sales are final once access has been provided.
  • If you are purchasing from the UK or EU: you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase only if you have not accessed the Workshop. Once the Workshop has been accessed (streamed or downloaded), you lose your right to cancel and no refund will be provided.
  • If you experience technical difficulties accessing the Workshop, please contact us at wendela.elsen@openrabbitcom and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

Disclaimer

  • Workshops are for educational and informational purposes only.
  • We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from your use of the Workshop.
  • The information provided does not replace medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. If you have specific concerns, please consult a qualified professional.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of the Workshop.
  • Our total liability to you, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the amount paid for the Workshop.

  • By purchasing a Workshop, you agree that we may collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We may contact you with updates and marketing communications. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the territory of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of  England.

Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website with the effective date shown above.
