- You’ll learn strategies to help you feel empowered to prioritise, make confident decisions, and restore balance in your life.
- We’ll explore why prioritising yourself is essential – not selfish.
- We’ll bring awareness to the actions and behaviours that support you, and those that may be keeping you stuck.
- You’ll briefly reflect on your values and goals to guide your next steps.
- I’ll introduce you to a gentle, effective technique called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or Tapping) that you can use daily to process strong emotions.
- I’ll guide you through a calming tapping meditation focused on releasing guilt.
